This is a posting from dh old work.
It is illegal in my state to pay a fast food worker less than 20/hr, and for three bucks more you’re expecting them to wipe asses. No wonder no one goes into this and the ones that are successful cultivate paid “loving relationships” that end in bonuses and bequeathments.

In my State the minimum wage is $15.92. I think the 23.00 to 25.00 would be about right for my area. I will have to ask my daughter what the starting salaries are where she works. My daughter gets paid well but she has done her RN job for 20 yrs and her LPN about 10 yrs before that. She specializes in woundcare and has some Administration duties.

We have a lot of warehousing off I-295. We have a shortage of CNAs and I think they have gone to the warehouses. They start at $20 or more and you get raises and ways to train for better positions. They work 10hrs a day, 4 days on 3 days off. Great benefits.
