Avalon Homecare was founded in 2012, by Lucelle Thring, a C.T. Licensed Practical Nurse. The core principles learned from the nursing field are the same principles Avalon Homecare was founded on which are: compliance, education, kindness, integrity, and above all else quality. We understand the difficulties your loved one may experience due to his/her age, chronic condition, or disability. We strive to make your loved one’s difficulties that of a positive one that improves their quality of life for years to come.

With its main office stationed in Danbury, Connecticut, Avalon services the following areas: Connecticut, New York, and southern Massachusetts. With an extensive employee directory of qualified caregivers in various locations; we never have a shortage or unreliability in placement of caregivers to your location. We at Avalon experience many clients who are suffering from a disease that hinders them from doing the normal activities that we all love to do. When it comes to diseases, we staff a Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years’ experience who oversees all cases of clients with diseases and ensures that proper policy and procedures are in place from the top level down to our caregivers. Many agencies have “working” experience, but here at Avalon we have applied licensed practical nursing field experience which makes our quality of care second to none.
