We can come out and give you a no-cost assessment when it is convenient for you. SYNERGY HomeCare's office staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. When the office is closed, there is an on-call person available to help you.

Synergy HomeCare works with each client to create a care plan that is perfect for you and your personal situation. We individualize a plan to offer the support that is needed such as Companion Care, Personal Care, Activities of Daily Living, Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, Respite Care, Live-in Care, and much more. We serve many areas in the Northwest part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including Prosper, Aubrey. Independently owned and operated by Art and Christie Lambert, who are strong in their faith and believe in living their lives with purpose and intention. Art and Christie both feel that doing something meaningful is vital to living the life that they are called to. SYNERGY HomeCare understands that the first step in determining what type of care is most appropriate is to meet with a client and their family for a complimentary in-home assessment and visit. During this visit, we want to learn more about how a client’s day-to-day activities are impacted by the symptoms they are experiencing so that together we can develop a customized plan of care for our care team to follow.
