Queen,
What are you wanting help with? I have diabetes, but not sure how to answer your query.
Are you a caregiver dealing with this disease or is it a loved one?

I have Diabetes Type II, on Tresiba 19 units in the morning, 1000mg of Metformin and 2400mg of Gabapentin. My sister is a Diabetic Type II and takes Metformin daily and my father died in May 2017 after years on dialysis and insulin and kidney failure.

I see by your profile that your mom is in a NH at 34. So young. Does she have Diabetis 1 or 2? I’m so sorry to hear of this.
How are you doing? How can we help?
Is she there for rehab from the stroke?

I think the 34 is the posters age.

My mom has been type II for many years, not always good about controlling it but since we stepped in after her stroke 4 yrs ago it's been managed pretty well with multiple medications including insulin. What are you wondering about? Just noticed the OQ was asked a few weeks ago, hope everything is ok.

I'm curious too about your post.

I have Type I diabetes and have for a long time. I'm currently on the Medtronic 670G pump and CGM system. My LO is a Type II diabetic. And, her mother was a Type I, like me.
