Living with son when can't live alone, paper between siblings.

You can always go to a "consultation" withlaw office, sometimes they offer for free, and an honest lawyer would tell you if you need specialized treatment of the documents. But no, not every one needs a lawyer to do these documents. Some states actually put them on their State website because they know not every one can afford a lawyer! Check the website for your state and follow their directions.

Any legal document should be prepared by an Attorney, especially one who specializes in Elder Law.

Drawing up a document on your own could become a nightmare after the fact if there is one misplaced or left out word.

If complicated go to a lawyer as freqflyer suggested. If straight forward and simple Office Depot and staples has forms but they need to all be witnessed and signed in front of a notary public.

I agree with the above. Lawyers know the ins and outs of the legal business. That's what I did for POA for my mom. Good luck to you.
