A man I work for is being bullied at his home. I have worked for this man for years in the same park and this manager has worked at the parks office for over two years. The manager recently found out my last name on a package I had sent to the man address that I work for. She had a fit that I used his address. She kept saying that I have no right to use her address. I told her more then once I didn't use her address I use the man I worked for address. She refused to give me my mail. She had it sent back to sender. She lied to the post man and said the place is vacant not to leave mail in my name at that address no more. I tried to have my mail held at the post office and the mail carrier called and left me a message telling me he cant leave my mail at the address it was addressed to manager said the place is vacant and they couldn't hold my mail at the post office either for some dumb reason. Then she proceeds with telling me that I am not allowed into the RV park all of a sudden because she claims I owe that park over eight thousand dollars and I was evicted out of there over six years ago. She wasn't even at the park when I lived there and I don't have not one eviction on my record. She is wrong I moved out in july 2014 about there. not even sure of exact year. I fell behind on a trailer I was renting and I moved out a month in a half later. the trailer wasn't even mine it belonged to a man that was renting another space down the way. He was responsible for the trailer after I no longer lived there. I was not evicted not one eviction is on my record. I asked her to print it out for me she claims she can't. She says she has the right to tell me to leave the property. I told her I am here doing a job that I can't just leave my client alone he is disabled.
She said well I guess he will have to find someone else the . I went back and told my client what his manager of the park just told me and he couldn't believe what I was saying was even real. I called the police non emergency number to ask if I had to leave the property and they told me no she could not have me escorted off the property. She continues to say that she will evict him if he don't get rid of me. He owns the trailer he has lived in it 18 years and she won't accept his rent next month unless I'm gone. Can she get away with this harassment? I have never done nothing to this women either has my client. She claims he has too many people over if he has three friends over she calls the cops. Last time she called them she claimed we were all smoking meth. She is so ridiculious. Her out landish stories. She should go to jail for calling in a false report to the police. she stopped him from selling it last week. she told new owners that they would have to tow it out of the park if they buy it. He needs to sell it to have the money to move with. the people weren't interested no longer in buying it , he is forced to live in this park with the manager breathing down his neck and harassment from her. I am lost on what to do ? I don't know where to turn so please help with some leads.

I think I would call APS back again but leave Greg’s name. He needs to stand up to this manager. Who does the manager work for? Try to contact that person for him. He may have to get an attorney or file a peace bond on her. Perhaps someone with more experience will see your post. I’m sorry you are having this prinkem.

There are lawyers out there that can help. Find a lawyer that deal with "Landlord/Tents." The lawyer can explain your client's rights and some lawyers will even write a "nice letter or phone call" to the landlord about the harassment for a small fee. I know because I had to do it myself and all I did was found a lawyer in the yellow pages and had a phone call done to the landlord who was harassing me and all I paid was 25.00 dallors (it might be a little higher now).

Just an idea for you to try!

I would start with Department of Housing and Urban Development. HUD.

Your client has rights based on his disability. And the organizations that advocate for the disabled are very diligent and help protect their rights to housing. This manager will be contacted by them, eventually. There must be a parent company. You could start by contacting them.

Adult Protective Services... too.
